Scope of the service

Domainal.in showcases domains owned by its operator and accepts offers. It does not provide new domain registration or online payment services.

Offers and transfers

Submitting an offer is not a purchase, reservation or binding sale confirmation. Price, payment, transfer and other terms require a separate agreement. Transfers follow the relevant registrar’s rules.

WHOIS information

Data comes from external registries and reflects the last lookup time. It may be incomplete, hidden or outdated. A missing record does not establish that a domain is available to buy. Successful lookups may become public pages indexed by search engines.

Acceptable use

Misleading offers, spam, unauthorized access, disruptive automated queries and unlawful use are prohibited. Rate limits and access protections may apply. Respect third-party trademarks and other rights when selecting a domain.

Links and responsibility

External links lead to services operated by other organizations. External data accuracy and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed. This does not remove rights provided by mandatory law.
